1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kimmie's Heart Cards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. The Double-Heart Covenant

Every active subscription slot funds a custom "Healing Card" that is hand-embellished and physically delivered to a recovering Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) survivor. This charitable covenant is a core part of our service and is non-revocable once an order is placed.

3. Custom Orders & Fulfillment

Because all cards are meticulously handcrafted with glass crystals and premium inks, slight variations may occur. We guarantee delivery based on the dates locked into your Interactive Planner, provided they are submitted at least 14 days in advance.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Any cards already in production will be fulfilled, and the corresponding charitable card will be delivered as promised.
